Use Case 1: The Price-Sensitive Monthly Subscriber

Business: A SaaS tool charging $29/month Customer situation: A subscriber of 4 months selects "Too expensive" as their cancellation reason.

Business benefit: Without the pause offer, this customer would have cancelled and the business would need to re-acquire them in the fall. The pause preserves the relationship and the member's history, and the auto-resume ensures billing restarts without friction.
Use Case 3: The Overwhelmed Subscriber Who Needs a Smaller Plan
